The tour began in the modern hanging system sewing workshop, where over 200 skilled workers were busily engaged in production. The visitors were particularly impressed by the highly efficient hanging system used for garment assembly. Observing garments being produced for well-known American brands, they expressed admiration and even a touch of envy, wishing they could take home a piece of the craftsmanship themselves.

Next, the group moved on to the automated cutting room, where the precision and efficiency of automated laying and cutting processes were demonstrated. This advanced setup not only boosts productivity but also significantly improves accuracy, reducing costs and enhancing overall quality.

The tour continued to the printing factory, featuring newly acquired direct-to-garment printers, automated screen printing, and heat transfer equipment. The Brazilian guests were visibly excited, capturing photos and videos to document their amazement at the high-tech operations.

Although it was midday break when the group visited the embroidery workshop, preventing them from seeing the machines in action, the cleanliness of the facility and samples of past embroidery work left a lasting impression on the visitors.

Following the comprehensive factory tour, the delegation was invited to the company’s showroom, where a detailed presentation highlighted Cbydo’s certifications, successful case studies, and product samples. After inspecting the samples, the Brazilian clients expressed satisfaction with the quality and requested additional prototypes for further review and potential orders.
